Considerably larger than the TT coupe, the A5 is marketed as a true four-seater. The A5 is offered with a single engine choice for the U.S. market. The 3.2 liter V6 unit feature FSI direct injection and delivers 265 horsepower at 6500 rpm. The A5 is available in four configurations: 2.0T quattro Coupe, 3.2 quattro Coupe, 2.0T quattro Cabriolet and 2.0T FrontTrak Cabriolet. All 2.0T models are powered by a new 211-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, while the 3.2 quattro Coupe gets a 265-hp 3.2-liter V6 engine; both feature FSI direct fuel injection.
